You might have seen the two new temporary orange fences on the Rosedale lawns.
Please, stay away from the fences, and use other parts of the park. Don’t let your dogs and kiddos climb on, crash in to, or otherwise destroy them. These fences are crazy expensive to erect (and repair!), but they are crucial to protecting and restoring the heavy-traffic areas of the lawn. We need them to last for several months. Thank you.
As we move into spring, there will be treatments that will go down on the lawns, and we’ll give you as much advance notice as we can when this happens, via email. We’ll also post an announcement on the website.
There will also be days we’ll have to close Rosedale due to wet and soggy grounds. To save your inbox we do not send out emails each time. Rather we put an announcement at the top of the website. If there’s been a been a lot of rain, just check the website before you head over.

Lastly, we still have a MAJOR poo problem, and we’ve got to get it under control. Way too many droppings are not getting picked up. Please monitor your dogs. Help others at the park do the same. If we as a community cannot get this issue under control, we’ll have to consider closing the park periodically for clean ups.
If you have suggestions, please let us know at info@rosedaleconservancy.org.
With gratitude,
Jill Hall, President and the Rosedale Dog Committee
