All proceeds will benefit The Rosedale Conservancy,
the neighborhood land trust which owns and cares for Rosedale, Cleveland Park's Village Green. Proceeds provide funding support for ongoing maintenance and improvements to the Conservancy grounds.
This is a rare opportunity to view the Farmhouse
and the other six newly built homes.

$40 for Conservancy members
$50 for non members
$10 discount for pre-orders 50% discount for docents
